The Hammar H20 is a hydrostatic release unit for all types of liferafts. It is made of glass fiber and reinforced nylon that enables liferafts to surface and inflate when a ship is sinking.
No spare parts and service required, but needs replacement every second year. It’s simple to install and clearly marked with an expiry date.
The Hammar H20 will release at all angles and needs only the required water pressure to activate. The release is designed to activate at a depth of between 1,5 to 4,0 meters.
